港式蒸腸粉- 簡單做法 How to make Steam Rice Noodle Rolls - Easy Recipe


今天早餐不想吃三明治或麵包?試試蒸腸粉也不錯!
可加自己喜歡的配料,如鮮蝦碎肉雞蛋,叉燒,青菜等等

材料:

120g 粘米粉 (在來米粉)
30g 澄面粉
30g 粟米粉 (玉米粉)
10ml
450ml
1/4 茶匙鹽 


餡料:

蝦米(提前洗淨浸泡)
蔥粒
(或其他你喜歡的餡料)

:

一湯匙生抽(醬油)
一湯匙糖
三湯匙水
一湯匙蠔油




Ingredients:- 


120g Rice Flour
30g Wheat Flour
30g Corn Flour
10ml Oil
450ml Water
1/4 Tsp Salt 

Fillings: 

Dried Shrimps (Soaked in advance)
Green Onions (Chopped)
(Or any other fillings that you like) 

Sauce:

1Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsp Water
 

做法:

1.  把所有粉類和鹽混合    



2.  加入水攪拌均勻米漿  



3  加入油攪拌均勻   




4.  預備蒸鍋, 把水煮滾
5.  準備平直的盤子和刮刀



6.  在盤子上塗一層薄油



7.  倒米漿在盤子上




8.  搖動盤子把米漿形成薄薄的一層


9.  撒上葱粒和蝦米在米漿上



10.  大火蒸2分鐘



11.  粉皮起泡便是熟了



12.  用刮刀把粉皮摺起





13.  **每次要先攪拌才把米漿倒入盤子
14.  醬料可用微波爐加熱或倒入熱鍋中煮滾便可
15.  淋上醬汁

Instructions:-
 
1.  Mix all flours and salt
2.  Add water and stir 
3.  Add oil and mix well
4.  Prepare steam pan and boil the water
5.  Prepare a flat plate and scraper
6.  Brush a thin layer of oil on the plate
7.  
Scoop the rice batter on the plate
8.  Shake the plate to make the rice batter to form a thin layer
9.  Sparkle the green onions and dried shrimps on the rice batter
10.  Use high heat to steam for 2 mins
11.  The rice noodle is cooked when bubbles appear
12.  Use scraper to fold up the rice noodle
13.  Stir the rice batter before pouring it on the plate every time
14.  The sauce can be put into the microwave or use a pan to boil it
15.  Serve the rice noodle rolls with sauce
